1) Definitions

In these conditions of Booking, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to Lux Discover which is a subsiderary of CW LEISURE LTD  and ‘you’ and ‘your’ are references to the person booking the trip with us.

2) Behavior

We are here to provide you with a great tour. In the event that you or a member of your party were to subject abuse to any member of staff then we have the right to remove you from the tour.

3) Circumstances beyond our control

We regret that there may be unusual circumstances in which we have to make alterations to the itinerary of the tour. Please note that this is very rare and in this event we will notify you accordingly.

4) Alcohol

Whilst a sensible consumption of alcohol may be permitted on the coach this is under the discretion of the driver. If he/ she asks for this to be ceased then please accept his/ her ruling.

5) Delays

We will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as delays. We plan our itineraries in good faith and traffic/ breakdowns can occur which can change the itineraries proposed itinerary timings. We will make every effort to keep to the timings listed on our website.

6) Our obligations to you

In the rare event that we cannot carry out a day tour activity we will either provide a full refund or see a new activity subject to your approval.

7) Refunds and Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is charged as follows:

0 to 31 days – Full Charge of total tour cost

32 days to 50 days – 90% Charge of total tour cost

51 days to 70 days – 50% of total tour cost

71 days to 100 days – 30% of total tour cost

101 days or more – Deposit

8) Our right to cancel

If in the highly unlikely event that we could not perform the tour we would either offer a new date on your approval or provide a full refund. 

9) Pricing and Delivery Policy

You will receive the tour that you have booked for the date selected unless as mentioned previously there is a circumstance beyond our control. We will require a deposit at the time of your booking.

10) Financial Protection

All the tours we sell will come with complete protection for your money in line with Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. 

11) Jurisdiction

Our tours are governed by English Law and the  jurisdiction of the English Courts. You may however, choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there and wish to do so.
