We want you to feel safe and secure booking with us. You want to know that your money is safe in case of our or suppliers financial failure. This is one of the most important aspects of booking with a tour operator such as ourselves.
In the UK, we have to comply with government travel regulations, these are the 2018 Travel & Package regulations. This means that we have to use a Travel Trust to keep your money secure. So when you make payment for one our luxury tours, your payment goes directly to this Travel Trust account that we do not have access to. It is operated by independent trustees that make payments on our behalf to our suppliers.
We use a company called Protected Trust Services, PTS, who provide this Travel Trust facility. They are one of the leading companies in the UK for this. Have a read of our Financial Protection to find out more.
